IMCS STAND ALONE - Intake Manifold Cleaning System

IMCS was created with the target of de-carbonizing the air intake manifold system without having to disassemble the engine parts.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

The system sprays the chemical IMCS LIQUID which acts in contact with the carbon residues, dissolving and removing them in a progressive and controlled way, according to the same principle the cleaning cycle continues in the following road drive after treatment.

The instrumentation is equipped with a touch screen panel/display that allows the operator to control the duration of the treatment and the percentage of liquid flow introduced.

Air Intake Liquid

The liquid, specially designed for IMCS has a considerable ability to gradually clean and remove carbon, present in the intake manifold and along its entire path up to the combustion chamber.

As the liquid comes into contact with carbon, it softens and removes it without creating any detachment, for the same principle the cleaning cycle continues in the following km after treatment.
